Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Wash, peel, and cut a large sweet potato into steak fries
- Lay out flat on parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Flip & turn up the heat, baby
- 400° for another 20 minutes
- Pull out to cool a bit while you make ketchup
- Ketchup
- Mix 2-3 tablespoons citric acid free tomato paste
- Add 1 Tbsp maple
- Add 2 tsp oregano
- Pinch of Himalayan salt (optional)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
