Simple Farina Bowl with Milk and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup farina
  • 1 cup milk
  • vanilla to taste
  • cinnamon to taste
  • maple syrup to taste

Preparation

  1. Bring the mixture of farina, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup to a boil.

  2. Simmer for a few minutes until desired consistency is reached.

  3. Optionally, serve with matcha and bite-sized truffles.

Tips

  1. For the truffles, melt chocolate and coconut oil, then roll in crushed hazelnuts.
