Spelt and Rye Bread Sticks

Ingredients

  • 5 cups spelt flour
  • 3 cups rye
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 4 cups natural sparkling water

Preparation

  1. Let the dough sit for 30 minutes; With oiled up hands grab handful of dough and slowly roll into desired shapes then sprinkle some sea salt on top; Preheat the oven and bake at 450 degrees for 35-40 minutes (I used an iron sheet and preheated it with the oven); Wrap into a cotton cloth and place inside a paper bag to cool (it will make them softer)
