Spelt and rye bread sticks
Ingredients
- 5 cups spelt flour
- 3 cups rye
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 4 cups natural sparkling water
Preparation
Let the dough sit for 30 minutes
With oiled up hands grab handful of dough and slowly roll into desired shapes then sprinkle some sea salt on top
Preheat the oven and bake at 450 degrees for 35-40 minutes (I used an iron sheet and preheated it with the oven)
Wrap into a cotton cloth and place inside a paper bag to cool (it will make them softer)
