Vegan Gluten-Free Peppermint Brownies
Ingredients
Dry
- 1 cup GF flour
- 1 1/4 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
Wet
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F and line brownie pan with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients together in another bowl.
Combine the wet and dry mixtures until well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool before cutting into squares.
