Vegan Gluten-Free Protein Waffles with Berry Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops Blue Beauty protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • pinch of pink salt
  • a few blackberries
  • a few blueberries
  • some apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Blend all waffle ingredients together.

  2. Pour the mixture into a waffle maker and cook until golden.

  3. For the berry reduction, place blackberries, blueberries, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan and heat until reduced.
