Vegan Gluten-Free Protein Waffles with Berry Topping
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa flour
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops Blue Beauty protein powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- pinch of pink salt
- a few blackberries
- a few blueberries
- some apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Blend all waffle ingredients together.
Pour the mixture into a waffle maker and cook until golden.
For the berry reduction, place blackberries, blueberries, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan and heat until reduced.
