Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ✔️1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ✔️1/4 cup plant milk of choice ✔️2/3 cup spelt flour (or plain) ✔️1 tsp cinnamon ✔️1 small mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Oppings: frozen blueberries, banana and maple syrup ? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  2. Combine wet ingredients: Add milk, eggs, vanilla and mashed banana to a bowl and mix well. Stir in the flour and cinnamon and set aside for 10 minutes

  3. Heat the waffle iron and cook according to instructions. Add your toppings once cooked
