Sunday Morning Waffles with Banana and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup plant milk of choice
  • 2/3 cup spelt flour or plain flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small mashed banana

Toppings

  • frozen blueberries
  • banana
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Add milk, eggs, vanilla and mashed banana to a bowl and mix well.

  2. Stir in the flour and cinnamon and set aside for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat the waffle iron and cook according to instructions.

  4. Add your toppings once cooked and enjoy.
