White Spelt Bread
Ingredients
- 8 cups white spelt flour
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 4 tbsp avocado oil
- 4 cups natural sparkling water
Preparation
I let it sit for at least 40 minutes before placing the dough into a preheated iron pot (Dutch oven); then I spread about 1 tbsp of oil on the top of the dough with back of the spoon; bake at 450 for 45-50 minutes
Once it's done I wrap it into a cloth n put it into a bag to cool off
