White Spelt Bread

Ingredients

  • 8 cups white spelt flour
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 4 tbsp avocado oil
  • 4 cups natural sparkling water

Preparation

  1. I let it sit for at least 40 minutes before placing the dough into a preheated iron pot (Dutch oven); then I spread about 1 tbsp of oil on the top of the dough with back of the spoon; bake at 450 for 45-50 minutes

  2. Once it's done I wrap it into a cloth n put it into a bag to cool off
