Homemade White Spelt Bread with Sparkling Water

Ingredients

  • 8 cups white spelt flour
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 4 cups natural sparkling water

Preparation

  1. Let the dough sit for at least 40 minutes before placing it into a preheated iron pot (Dutch oven).

  2. Spread about 1 tablespoon of oil on top of the dough using the back of a spoon.

  3. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 to 50 minutes.

  4. Once done, wrap it in a cloth and put it in a bag to cool off.
