Homemade White Spelt Bread with Sparkling Water
Ingredients
- 8 cups white spelt flour
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 4 tablespoons avocado oil
- 4 cups natural sparkling water
Preparation
Let the dough sit for at least 40 minutes before placing it into a preheated iron pot (Dutch oven).
Spread about 1 tablespoon of oil on top of the dough using the back of a spoon.
Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 to 50 minutes.
Once done, wrap it in a cloth and put it in a bag to cool off.
