A Nutty Porridge

Ingredients

  • milk itself
  • some buckwheat flakes
  • pinch of vanilla

Preparation

  1. So I mixed it up with the milk itself, some buckwheat flakes and a pinch of vanilla and made this nutty porridge

  2. Then I added some fruit, 1 Tbs of hemp seeds and a tiny bit of honey to it

  3. Yummy! Now I need just a good cup of coffee and I am ready for my bodycombat class
