A Nutty Porridge
Ingredients
- milk itself
- some buckwheat flakes
- pinch of vanilla
Preparation
So I mixed it up with the milk itself, some buckwheat flakes and a pinch of vanilla and made this nutty porridge
Then I added some fruit, 1 Tbs of hemp seeds and a tiny bit of honey to it
Yummy! Now I need just a good cup of coffee and I am ready for my bodycombat class
