Banana and Whey Protein Blondies
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rice flour
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup whey protein
- 2 tablespoons vegetable milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
Soak 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds with 3 tablespoons water for 10 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake the mixture for 18 minutes.
