Banana and Whey Protein Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rice flour
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/3 cup whey protein
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Soak 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds with 3 tablespoons water for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Bake the mixture for 18 minutes.
