Bean-Free Raw Hummus with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1/2-3/4 cup soaked raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Himalayan salt to flavor
  • 1/2 cup chopped baby bella mushroom or shroom of choice
  • Approximately 3 tbs raw tahini

Preparation

  1. If you're a mushroom lover, you'll especially like it.

  2. Blend on low and slowly turn up speed until blended smooth and creamy.
