Bean-Free Raw Hummus with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1/2-3/4 cup soaked raw cashews
- 1/2 cup water
- Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
- 2 garlic cloves
- Himalayan salt to flavor
- 1/2 cup chopped baby bella mushroom or shroom of choice
- Approximately 3 tbs raw tahini
Preparation
If you're a mushroom lover, you'll especially like it.
Blend on low and slowly turn up speed until blended smooth and creamy.
