Big Green Smoothie with Avocado and Fennel
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/5 of a fennel bulb
- 1 tbsp linseed or flaxseed
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 stick celery
- Slice of fresh ginger
- 3 florets broccoli
- Unsweetened nutmilk (to cover)
Preparation
Cover all ingredients in unsweetened nutmilk and blitz until smooth.
