Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/5 of a fennel bulb
  • 1 tbsp linseed or flaxseed
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 stick celery
  • Slice of fresh ginger
  • 3 florets broccoli
  • Unsweetened nutmilk (to cover)

Preparation

  1. Cover all ingredients in unsweetened nutmilk and blitz until smooth.
