Ingredients

  • 1 green tipped banana
  • 2 tbls hemp seeds
  • 1 tbls chia seeds
  • 1 tbls unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbls cocoa nibs
  • 1 tbls raw cacao
  • 1 tbls almond butter
  • 6-8 oz liquid (milk of any variety, water or coffee for a Frappacino style delight)
  • ice
  • optional: 1 cup fresh mint leaves
