Chocolate Mint Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 green tipped banana
- 2 tbls hemp seeds
- 1 tbls chia seeds
- 1 tbls unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tbls cocoa nibs
- 1 tbls raw cacao
- 1 tbls almond butter
- 6-8 oz liquid (milk of any variety, water or coffee for a Frappacino style delight)
- ice
- optional: 1 cup fresh mint leaves
