Chocolate Mint Green Smoothie for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 Green Tipped Banana
- 2 Tbls Hemp Seeds
- 1 Tbls Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbls Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1 Tbls Cocoa Nibs
- 1 Tbls Raw Cacao
- 1 Tbls Almond Butter
- 6-8 oz liquid (milk of any variety, water or coffee for a Frappacino style delight)
- Ice
- Optional: 1 cup fresh mint leaves
Preparation
This is a chocolate mint version of a breakfast smoothie, noted for its green color.
It can replace protein shakes and keep you satisfied until lunch.
