Decadent Chocolate Mousse


  • 2 servings; Time taken: 5 minutes
  • 1 pack of silken tofu > 1/3 cup of raw cacao powder > 1/3 cup of pure maple yrup
  • Caramel Sauce: > 2 tbsp coconut oil > 2 tbsp macadamia butter > 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • Optional toppings: extra sprinkled cacao & berries


  1. Blend the tofu, cacoa powder and syrup together until smooth then set aside and gently heat the rest of the ingredients in a small pan

  2. Once melted, stir in 4 tbsp’s of the sauce into the mousse

  3. Pour the mousse into two ramekins and leave to set in the fridge (overnight is best)

  4. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top upon serving along with any toppings

  5. Berries work beautifully especially this time of year!
