Delicious Citrus and Ginger Smoothie Bursting with Flavor
Ingredients
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 small banana, ideally frozen
- Juice of 1 lemon
- A couple of mint leaves
- 1 carrot
- 1 tsp maca powder
- Handful of sunflower seeds
- A couple of chunks of fresh ginger
- Coconut water (to cover)
Preparation
Cover the ingredients with coconut water and blend until smooth.
