Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 small banana, ideally frozen
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • A couple of mint leaves
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • Handful of sunflower seeds
  • A couple of chunks of fresh ginger
  • Coconut water (to cover)

Preparation

  1. Cover the ingredients with coconut water and blend until smooth.
