Mango-Passionfruit Nicecream with Lime and Ginger
Ingredients
- 2 ripe, medium-large bananas, diced and frozen (peeled and chopped)
- Handful of frozen mango
- 1-2 passionfruit, or frozen passionfruit
- 1-2 tbsp plant-based milk or oat cream
- Small slice of ginger
- Cashew nut butter
- Lime juice
- Peanuts
Preparation
In a food processor, combine the frozen diced bananas, frozen mango, passionfruit pulp, plant-based milk or oat cream, and a small slice of ginger.
Allow the bananas to slightly defrost for easier blending. If too frozen, the mixture might turn crumbly.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and reach your desired consistency.
Transfer the nicecream into a bowl.
Top the nicecream with cashew nut butter, lime juice, and peanuts.
