No-Bake Cake Batter Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein (I used @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- sprinkles (add as desired, e.g., 1 tsp)
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Add in the desired amount of sprinkles.
Refrigerate for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Store any leftovers in the fridge.
