No-Bake Cake Batter Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein (I used @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • sprinkles (add as desired, e.g., 1 tsp)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Add in the desired amount of sprinkles.

  3. Refrigerate for 1.5 to 2 hours.

  4. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
