Ingredients

  • 1 handful of almonds
  • 1 tsp of organic chia protein powder
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 small raw beetroot
  • Small handful of blueberries
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • A small chunk of fresh ginger
  • Coconut water to cover
