Ingredients
- 1 handful of almonds
- 1 tsp of organic chia protein powder
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 small raw beetroot
- Small handful of blueberries
- Juice of 1 lemon
- A small chunk of fresh ginger
- Coconut water to cover

Cover the ingredients with coconut water and blend until smooth and creamy
