Our National Fitness Day Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of #almonds
  • 1 tsp of organic #chia #proteinpowder from
  • 1/2 #avocado
  • 1 small raw #beetroot
  • Small handful of #blueberries
  • Juice of 1 #lemon
  • A small chunk of fresh #ginger

Preparation
