Pumpkin Lemonade

Ingredients

  • yield: 6 servings
  • 5 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1 cup organic pumpkin puree (steam a pumpkin, mash with a fork & wait to cool)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2+ teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Squeeze 1 cup of lemon juice into blender

  2. Add water, maple syrup, pumpkin and pulse

  3. Enjoy a little taste of wintery heaven over ice!
