Healthy Spiced Pumpkin Lemonade Drink

Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Prepare pumpkin puree by steaming a pumpkin, mashing it with a fork, and letting it cool.

  2. Squeeze 1 cup of fresh lemon juice into a blender.

  3. Add 5 1/2 cups water, 1/4 cup maple syrup, the prepared pumpkin puree, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, then pulse until well combined.

  4. Serve over ice and enjoy.
