Healthy Spiced Pumpkin Lemonade Drink
Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Prepare pumpkin puree by steaming a pumpkin, mashing it with a fork, and letting it cool.
Squeeze 1 cup of fresh lemon juice into a blender.
Add 5 1/2 cups water, 1/4 cup maple syrup, the prepared pumpkin puree, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, then pulse until well combined.
Serve over ice and enjoy.
