Simple Gluten-Free Bread with Oats and Seeds
Ingredients
- 350g gluten free flour (I used Doves farm plain flour)
- 100g oats
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 3 tsp yeast
- 70g butter
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp black treacle
- 1-2 tbsp mixed seeds
- 1 egg
- 300ml warm water
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a stand mixer or larger mixing bowl. Water goes in last.
Mix on high for 5 minutes or by hand for longer!
Pop into a greased, lined loaf tin and leave to rise.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 fan for 30 minutes.
