Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • the usual ingredients are one and half frozen bananas (vital that they're frozen
  • this makes the thick ice cream texture)
  • frozen strawberries or mixed berries and then if I have pineapple I put that it too... Then I add two dates (per one serving) and coco/cacao
  • chia seeds
  • cashews (these gives it the extra creamy-ness)
  • acai powder
  • pea protein power
  • agave and almond milk... There's no set recipe I use
  • I always change it up and with the toppings ? it's like desert for breakfast
