Ingredients
- the usual ingredients are one and half frozen bananas (vital that they're frozen
- this makes the thick ice cream texture)
- frozen strawberries or mixed berries and then if I have pineapple I put that it too... Then I add two dates (per one serving) and coco/cacao
- chia seeds
- cashews (these gives it the extra creamy-ness)
- acai powder
- pea protein power
- agave and almond milk... There's no set recipe I use
- I always change it up and with the toppings ? it's like desert for breakfast
