Snack Time (Protein & Antioxidant & Fiber Rich!)


  • 1/2 cup of blueberries (as base - you can blend frozen too if you'd wish for
  • 1/2 cup of bananas (make sure ripe with brown spots)
  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds (5g of protein)
  • 1/2 cup of blackberries
  • 1/2 tbsp of cashew pepita oat granola (you can make your own by dehydrating oats and nuts)
  • 1/2 tsp of shredded coconut


  1. Sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy
