Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of blueberries (as base - you can blend frozen too if you'd wish for
- 1/2 cup of bananas (make sure ripe with brown spots)
- 1 tbsp of hemp seeds (5g of protein)
- 1/2 cup of blackberries
- 1/2 tbsp of cashew pepita oat granola (you can make your own by dehydrating oats and nuts)
- 1/2 tsp of shredded coconut
