Strawberry Chia Pudding and Smoothie Delight
Ingredients
Chia Pudding
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned full fat)
- 2 tbsp plant milk
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
Thick Smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 scoop vanilla strawberry protein
Preparation
Chia Pudding
In a bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, plant milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Mix well and set aside for at least 20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquids and thicken.
Thick Smoothie
In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend the frozen bananas, fresh raspberries, and vanilla strawberry protein until smooth.
Assembly
In serving glasses, layer the chia pudding and thick smoothie alternatively for a visually appealing presentation.
Garnish with additional fresh strawberries or raspberries if desired.
