Ingredients
- 1/4 cup organic buckwheat flour
- 1 scoop of high performance nutrition vegan cinnamon bun protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/3 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Cinnamon
- Water as needed

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together, adding water to achieve a smooth batter consistency
