Apple Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • gluten free oats
  • Sautéed apples
  • cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. When I’m not having a smoothie I usually like to have some gluten free oats. Sautéed apples in water with cinnamon. Then added 1/2 cup gluten free oats @quaker and appx 1 cup almond milk @silk. Simmer until fully heated through. Add extra cinnamon if you’d like. I keep it sugar free but a drizzle of maple syrup would be delicious

  2. Toppings: pumpkin seeds, almond butter, coconut flakes, Brazil nuts
