Black Forest Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp peanut butter in a blender
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Preparation
For the bottom layer mix 1 frozen banana, 1/3 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp oats, 1 tsp cacao powder and 1 tsp peanut butter in a blender
The white layer is vegan quark (or use yoghurt) and the top one are fresh cherries mixed with 1 tsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
