Black Forest Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp peanut butter in a blender
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

Preparation

  1. For the bottom layer mix 1 frozen banana, 1/3 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp oats, 1 tsp cacao powder and 1 tsp peanut butter in a blender

  2. The white layer is vegan quark (or use yoghurt) and the top one are fresh cherries mixed with 1 tsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
