Caramel Porridge with Chocolate Bear Topping

Ingredients

  • 50g Quaker ultimate porridge oats
  • 200ml Arla dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon NkD living erythritol gold
  • Cornish salted caramel flavouring
  • 3 mini Lindt chocolate bears
  • 0.5 tablespoon salted caramel sauce

Preparation

  1. Combine the porridge oats, milk, erythritol gold, and Cornish salted caramel flavouring in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.

  3. Remove from heat and top with mini Lindt chocolate bears and salted caramel sauce before serving.

Tips

  1. Yogurt can be added for extra creaminess, but it was not included in this version.
