Cherry Cheesecake Protein Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pitted cherries, chopped if needed
- 1 5.3 oz low sugar vanilla yogurt (I used Siggi’s)
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate Catalina Crunch or other high protein cereal
- 1/2 Tbsp low sugar chocolate chips
- Drizzle of almond butter
Preparation
Add cherries to a bowl and top with yogurt, cottage cheese and vanilla extract. Set in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the cherries thaw a bit.
Top with cereal, chocolate chips and almond butter. Stir to combine and enjoy.
