Cherry Cheesecake Protein Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pitted cherries, chopped if needed
  • 1 5.3 oz low sugar vanilla yogurt (I used Siggi’s)
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate Catalina Crunch or other high protein cereal
  • 1/2 Tbsp low sugar chocolate chips
  • Drizzle of almond butter

Preparation

  1. Add cherries to a bowl and top with yogurt, cottage cheese and vanilla extract. Set in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the cherries thaw a bit.

  2. Top with cereal, chocolate chips and almond butter. Stir to combine and enjoy.

Notes

  1. This is a perfect high-protein breakfast for Valentine's Day.
