Healthy High Protein Mini Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Plant Protein @unicornsuperfoods
- Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp agave
- 150 ml milk
Topping
- yogurt
- icing sugar
- cranberries
- raspberries
- blueberry sauce
Preparation
Mix the flour, vanilla plant protein, cinnamon, agave, and milk together to form a batter.
Cook the batter in a pan to make mini pancakes.
Topping
Combine yogurt with icing sugar.
Add cranberries, raspberries, and blueberry sauce to the yogurt mixture.
Top the cooked pancakes with the prepared topping and serve.
