Chickpea Scramble Recipe, Quick N Easy Meal

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of garbanzo bean flour (chickpea flour)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • cpl dashes cayenne (more if u like spicy)
  • whisk it till nice n even. Pan fry it in oil for about 10 minutes
  • let it cool for a bit (it gets firmer) n add to your favorite sautéed n fresh veggies
