Quick and Easy Chickpea Scramble Meal
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups garbanzo bean flour
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- a couple dashes of cayenne
Preparation
Whisk the mixture until it is even and smooth.
Pan fry it in oil for about 10 minutes.
Let it cool for a bit so it becomes firmer.
Add it to your favorite sautéed and fresh vegetables.
