Quick and Easy Chickpea Scramble Meal

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups garbanzo bean flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • a couple dashes of cayenne

Preparation

  1. Whisk the mixture until it is even and smooth.

  2. Pan fry it in oil for about 10 minutes.

  3. Let it cool for a bit so it becomes firmer.

  4. Add it to your favorite sautéed and fresh vegetables.
