Chickpea Scramble Recipe, Quick N Easy Meal
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of garbanzo bean flour (chickpea flour)
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- cpl dashes cayenne (more if u like spicy)
- whisk it till nice n even. Pan fry it in oil for about 10 minutes
- let it cool for a bit (it gets firmer) n add to your favorite sautéed n fresh veggies
