Chocolate Vegan French Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices of sourdough (or bread of choice)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon of @petite_protein chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
Toppings
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Chia seeds
- Homemade nut mix
- Peanut butter and hemp from @hempfoodsaustralia
- Maple syrup
Preparation
Mix the ingredients together and then soak your bread in the mixture for about 5 minutes.
Grease a pan with coconut or olive oil and cook until slightly crispy.
