Coconut Matcha Rose Pudding
Ingredients
- matcha layer
- 1 tsp matcha
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/ 2 cup coconut milk
- coconut milk layer
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/ 2 cup coconut milk
- couple strands of saffron
- pinch of ground green cardamom
- 1 tsp pure rose nectar
Preparation
Mix ingredients for matcha and coconut layers separately.
Refrigerate overnight
Layer coconut pudding as the base, then add and fresh fruits. I used strawberries ?. Top it off with the matcha layer.
