Colorful Rainbow Chia Pudding Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or other sweetener)
- 120 ml plant based milk
Color additives
- 1/2 tsp. blue spirulina
- 1/4 tsp. green spirulina
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. pitaya or beetroot powder
- 1/4 tsp. blue spirulina + 1/4 tsp. pitaya powder
- 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. charcoal
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour or overnight until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally to avoid lumps.
Blend 2 frozen bananas, a handful of frozen strawberries, and 50 ml plant-based milk to make strawberry nice cream.
Top the chia pudding with the strawberry nice cream and enjoy.
