Dessert for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • dates
  • 1/4 cup of plant based milk and 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk and oats
  • 1/2 the banana
  • chia seeds and caramel sauce
  • yoghurt
  • shredded chocolate and other 1/2 banana

Preparation

  1. Mash the dates and mix with a 1/4 cup of plant based milk and 2 tbsp water until a sticky caramel sauce forms (or blitz everything with a blender).⁠

  2. Then, pour the 1/2 cup almond milk and oats into a jar and stir until combined.⁠

  3. Add a layer using 1/2 the banana, chia seeds and caramel sauce.⁠

  4. Top with the yoghurt, shredded chocolate and other 1/2 banana and drizzle over any leftover caramel sauce.⁠
