Dessert for Breakfast
Ingredients
- dates
- 1/4 cup of plant based milk and 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup almond milk and oats
- 1/2 the banana
- chia seeds and caramel sauce
- yoghurt
- shredded chocolate and other 1/2 banana
Preparation
Mash the dates and mix with a 1/4 cup of plant based milk and 2 tbsp water until a sticky caramel sauce forms (or blitz everything with a blender).
Then, pour the 1/2 cup almond milk and oats into a jar and stir until combined.
Add a layer using 1/2 the banana, chia seeds and caramel sauce.
Top with the yoghurt, shredded chocolate and other 1/2 banana and drizzle over any leftover caramel sauce.
