Fluffy Sourdough Starter Pancakes Using Leftovers
Ingredients
- 40 g quinoa flakes
- 60 g sourdough starter discard
- 100 ml milk of choice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix the starter in with the quinoa, honey, milk the night before.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook in a hot pan with a little oil.
