Fluffy Sourdough Starter Pancakes Using Leftovers

Ingredients

  • 40 g quinoa flakes
  • 60 g sourdough starter discard
  • 100 ml milk of choice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the starter in with the quinoa, honey, milk the night before.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook in a hot pan with a little oil.
