Healthy (& Candida Friendly) Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of whole grain Quaker Oats
- Quest chocolate milkshake protein powder
- ▪️1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
- ▪️1/2 cup of water
Preparation
Feel free to add whatever fruits, syrups or toppings of your choice
Syrup is very high in sugar and does not fit the Candida diet, so I chose 1/2 cup of raspberries to add some sweetness (only 2
G of sugar) ➡️When adding back fruits and natural sugar to your diet, I would suggest starting with berries because they are the lowest in sugar
