Healthy (& Candida Friendly) Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of whole grain Quaker Oats
  • Quest chocolate milkshake protein powder
  • ▪️1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
  • ▪️1/2 cup of water

Preparation

  1. Feel free to add whatever fruits, syrups or toppings of your choice

  2. Syrup is very high in sugar and does not fit the Candida diet, so I chose 1/2 cup of raspberries to add some sweetness (only 2
