• 2 cups rolled oats (aim for gluten free)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 3/4 cup almond milk (or water)
  • apple sauce (use as desired - just blend fresh cut apple)
  • optional: toppings: nuts or berries - pinch of ceylon cinnamon)


  1. N a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and milk (or water)

  2. Combine ingredients until evenly distributed

  3. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes to allow chia and oats to absorb liquids

  4. Transfer moistened ingredients to desired serving containers

  5. Cover and keep in the fridge overnight

  6. Serve chilled straight from the fridge

  7. Add applesauce and toppings as desired

  8. Keeps well in fridge for up to 4 days
