Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour •1/2 cup tapioca or arrowroot starch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 green-tipped banana
  • 1/4 cup almond/coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Preheat waffle maker

  2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth

  3. Cook 1/4 cup batter in the waffle maker at a time. Top with almond butter, banana slices, cinnamon, butter/ghee, or coconut whipped cream. Enjoy!?☺️ -Ellie (@pamperedpaleo)
