Peaches & Cream Carrot Cake

- This was Justin's () carrot oat cake recipe (LOVE this recipe
- just smash it all in a food processor and then toss it in the microwave - done!). I topped it with some yoghurt (mixed with some cinnamon)
- some fried peaches and then some vegan natty toppers. Bee pollen
- crushed almonds
- cacao nibs and honey. This was really good! Impressed with it
