Simple Egg and Veggie Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • Trader Joe's coconut oil spray
  • Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning
  • frozen brussels sprouts
  • garlic
  • pink Himalayan salt
  • tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Fry 1 egg in a nonstick pan using Trader Joe's coconut oil spray.

  2. Top the egg with Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning.

  3. Broil frozen brussels sprouts on the middle oven shelf for 10-12 minutes.

  4. Halfway through broiling, remove and season with garlic and pink Himalayan salt.

  5. Move the brussels sprouts to the top shelf to make them crispy.

  6. Cook tomatoes with the brussels sprouts.

  7. Assemble by pairing the fried egg with the roasted vegetables.
