Energizing Kiwi Matcha Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • 2 cubes kale
  • 2 cubes spinach
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 1 tsp manuka honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Blueberries
  • Apple flavor from ChiA New Zealand

Preparation

  1. Make the smoothie layer by combining 1.5 frozen bananas, 2 kiwifruit, 2 cubes each of kale and spinach, 1 tsp matcha, 1 tsp manuka honey, and 1/2 cup almond milk.

  2. While layering, add blueberries and apple flavor from ChiA New Zealand.

  3. Pour or layer the mixture for a quick and easy breakfast with no need for soaking or waiting.
