Post Run Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tbsp chia and hemp seeds
  • half of a squeezed lemon
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp acai, camu, and maca powder
  • 2 tsp raw honey

Toppings

  • Michigan cherries
  • raspberries
  • kiwi
  • coconut
  • cacao nibs
  • goji berries

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients from the 'Ingredients' section until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and add the toppings
