Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup overnight oats and soaked in 300mls milk. Large tablespoon of cashew butter
  • 400gms frozen or fresh strawberries ? and a 1 medium raw beetroot (chopped) to give it this beautiful deep colour ?. All blitzed in my nutrininja you could add a little honey ? to add sweetness but I don't think it needs it ? Serves 2-3 If it's too thick add some more milk or water. This should keep my energy levels up until lunchtime
