Strawberry Carrot Basil Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 2 fresh basil leaves or 1/2 tsp dried
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp avocado oil. Substitute with nuts, chia seeds, flax seeds and other healthy fats/protein of your choice
- 1cup water
Preparation
Blend and add more carrots/strawberries to get the consistency you want
