Strawberry Carrot Basil Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 2 fresh basil leaves or 1/2 tsp dried
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil. Substitute with nuts, chia seeds, flax seeds and other healthy fats/protein of your choice
  • 1cup water

Preparation

  1. Blend and add more carrots/strawberries to get the consistency you want
