Delicious Strawberry Carrot Basil Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 2 fresh basil leaves or 1/2 tsp dried
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or substitute with nuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, or other healthy fats/protein of your choice
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together
Add more carrots or strawberries to adjust consistency as desired
