Summer Rolls

Ingredients

  • You can pretty much see the contents but the ingredients I used were: Vietnamese rice paper wrappers, rice noodles, smoked tofu, peppers, carrots, red cabbage, beansprouts, enoki and brown bunashime mushrooms, onions, parsley, pea shoots and edamame beans. I didn't cook anything except for the onion and mushrooms which I stir fried briefly. The wrappers need to be soaked in warm water for about 10 seconds until soft
  • I made a dipping sauce of peanut butter, agave, soy sauce and water
