Vegan Black Forest Smoothie with Layers

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • vegan quark or yoghurt
  • fresh cherries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Mix the bottom layer ingredients in a blender: 1 frozen banana, 1/3 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp oats, 1 tsp cacao powder, and 1 tsp peanut butter.

  2. Prepare the white layer using vegan quark or yoghurt.

  3. Mix fresh cherries with 1 tsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt for the top layer.

  4. Assemble the layers in a glass or bowl to create the smoothie.
