Vegan Black Forest Smoothie with Layers
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- vegan quark or yoghurt
- fresh cherries
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Preparation
Mix the bottom layer ingredients in a blender: 1 frozen banana, 1/3 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp oats, 1 tsp cacao powder, and 1 tsp peanut butter.
Prepare the white layer using vegan quark or yoghurt.
Mix fresh cherries with 1 tsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt for the top layer.
Assemble the layers in a glass or bowl to create the smoothie.
