Vegan Chocolate Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 1 heaped tablespoon chocolate pea protein powder
  • 1 small very overripe mashed banana
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 100ml any dairy-free milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth

  3. Line a baking tin with greaseproof paper

  4. Pour the mixture into the lined baking tin

  5. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes
