Baked Paleo + Gf Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (can omit or sub parmesan cheese)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- sprinkle of chipotle powder for spice (optional)
Preparation
Take 2 shallow bowls big enough to dip the chicken tenders in. Add the egg to one and whisk
Add the coconut flour + spices to the other and mix together.Take a chicken tender, dip in the egg, dip in the flour mixture. Repeat for each tender
Bake at 400F for 10 minutes, flip, bake for 10 more minutes
