Baked Paleo + Gf Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (can omit or sub parmesan cheese)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • sprinkle of chipotle powder for spice (optional)

Preparation

  1. Take 2 shallow bowls big enough to dip the chicken tenders in. Add the egg to one and whisk

  2. Add the coconut flour + spices to the other and mix together.Take a chicken tender, dip in the egg, dip in the flour mixture. Repeat for each tender

  3. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes, flip, bake for 10 more minutes
