Spicy Baked Chicken with Chickpea Pasta and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 avocado
  • chickpea pasta
  • olive oil
  • everyday seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cook the 2 chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

  2. While it cooks, mix in a bowl 1/4 cup hot sauce, 2 tbsp coconut aminos, 1 tsp garlic, and 2 tbsp honey.

  3. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray and heat the oven to 400°F.

  4. Add the chicken breasts to the baking pan, coat with the mixture, and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Pair with 1/2 avocado and chickpea pasta with a little olive oil and everyday seasoning on top.
