Spicy Baked Chicken with Chickpea Pasta and Avocado
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 avocado
- chickpea pasta
- olive oil
- everyday seasoning
Preparation
Cook the 2 chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
While it cooks, mix in a bowl 1/4 cup hot sauce, 2 tbsp coconut aminos, 1 tsp garlic, and 2 tbsp honey.
Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray and heat the oven to 400°F.
Add the chicken breasts to the baking pan, coat with the mixture, and bake for 20 minutes.
Pair with 1/2 avocado and chickpea pasta with a little olive oil and everyday seasoning on top.
