Spicy Sriracha Cauliflower Bites Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.

  2. Cut cauliflower into florets.

  3. Bake the cauliflower for 15 minutes plain.

  4. While it bakes, mix together sriracha, maple syrup, garlic, olive oil, and coconut aminos in a bowl.

  5. Coat the baked florets with the mixture.

  6. Bake for another 15 minutes.

  7. Broil for 30 seconds to make it crispy.
