Crispy Cauliflower with Maple and Lime Sauce
Ingredients
- 300g cauliflower
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- juice from 1/2 lime
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
Wash the cauliflower and chop into smaller pieces, then cook in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Mix the remaining sauce ingredients, add to the cauliflower, and cook for another 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
